Angel Hair Traps

Angel Hair Traps are designed to trap Angel Hair which is a common inconvenience when conveying plastic materials usually at the base of a silo or storage bin. Otherwise known as Streamers or Snake Skins, Angel Hairs are made up of very fine hair like plastic which form as the material moves. Our Angel Hair Traps come with a clear polycarbonate lid allowing the user to see when the trap is full and requires cleaning, it is simple to operate by unscrewing the four lobe knobs removing the lid and then clearing and cleaning the mesh grid located inside. The benefit of an in-line Trap is it allows plastic pellets to pass through normally, only collecting the unwanted additional items and it can be fitted with compression couplings.
